How To Vote by Mail

The VBM process described here references the NJ primary. Vote By Mail in NJ is now mandated for the November Election as well, and the How To process is the same. See Chart below for deadlines and ballot return options.

Virtual Candidates Forum - Morris School District Board of Ed

LWV Morristown Area is hosting a virtual Candidates’ Forum for candidates seeking election to the Morris School District Board of Education. Four candidates are running for three seats, each serving a term of three years: Meredith Davidson, Vivian Rodriguez, Oliver Starnes, and Elisabeth Wall. LWV Morristown Area is hosting a virtual Candidates’ Forum for candidates seeking election to Chatham Boro NJ Council. Three candidates are running for two seats, each serving a term of three years: Leonard Resto (D), Frank Truilo (D), Robert Weber (R). Vote by Mail Ballots Sent Out

October 5, 2020

Vote By Mail ballots will be mailed to all registered voters in New Jersey by Oct 5. Fill out and return you ballot immediately and return by mail, dropbox or handing to a poll worker on Election Day. In person voting will be limited to one poll per town with voting by paper ballot. The ballot must be postmarked on or before Election Day, November 3 or delivered in person to a poll worker by 8pm on Election Day. If you have not received your ballot by Oct 12, call your County Clerk's office (Morris County 973-285-6066). Details Morris County Elections.

October 13 is the deadline for registering to vote in the November 2020 Election in NJ. As of now, registration must be done by downloading the form and mailing it in. Online Registration is due to be installed by September 4. Details Morris County Elections.

General Election Day

November 3, 2020 6am to 8pm
