Anyone can vote by mail in NJ, but residents must request a Mail-in-Ballot 7 days prior to election day. However, anyone can apply in person at the County Clerk's office by 3pm on Nov 4, the day before the Election. Request VBM ballot.

The NJ Million Voters Project is a nonpartisan initiative to connect, empower and mobilize NJ's rising majority: voters of color, youth, new citizens, women, and working-class communities. Training provided. All volunteers must remain strictly nonpartisan while participating. Register.

NJ Statehouse, Trenton. LWVNJ is a partner in the People’s Agenda 2025 Lame Duck Coalition Advocacy which is holding two Lobby Days in Trenton on Nov 17 and Dec 8. We will advocate for passage of several bills. including the NJ Voting Rights Act, improving transparency in NJ nursing home operations, passage of the Immigrant Trust Act, and two Reproductive Freedom and Health Equity bills. If you are interested in lobbying with us on either or both days, please register. The Morris Area League will be forming a group to carpool. Details forthcoming.
