Bloustein School of Planning & Public Policy, Rutgers University. Ms. Sass Rubin, who served as an expert witness in Senator Andy Kim's successful lawsuit against the NJ county line primary ballot, will discuss the impact of the redesigned ballot in the primary election last June and the influence and future impact of the major political parties endorsements on NJ Elections. Anyone can vote by mail in NJ, but residents must request a Mail-in-Ballot 7 days prior to election day. However, anyone can apply in person at the County Clerk's office by 3pm on Nov 4, the day before the Election. Request VBM ballot.
