13,000 STRONG marched in March For Our Lives Morristown, a student-led, non-partisan nationwide protest on 3/24/2018 demanding responsible gun law action by political leaders and an end to mass school shootings.

Bella Bhimani was the lead student organizer. She and a dozen other Morristown and NJ March student leaders were awarded the prestigious Making Democracy Work Award by LWVNJ, a sponsor and adviser to the Morristown March, at an award ceremony fundraiser in May 2019.

The students gave a poignant and riveting presentation memorializing young lives lost, just in the past month, to gun violence in the US.
